today i slacked my day away. no reports, no projects, no assignments, no nothing. just slacking.

it's great being able to rest. the past few days i slept so little and i just kept moving that people said my eyes were red (i heard that 4 times within 2 hours or something like that on wed). lol, kinda zombie-fied then, but seriously, i had a great time despite me being insanely fried. God was there every step of the way.

so the saga began on tuesday night. i was in school till 11.30 rehearsing for my presentation on wednesday morning. then we decided to meet in school at 7.30 the next day. God is realllllllllly good! on my way home, i was plonking on my laptop, looking through my report with my eyes shrinking alr. they're already so small, they might just disappear.

then at 12am, someone calls me. he says "it's 12 p.m. here" guess who am i. it was mr lam. MR LAM CALLED ME FROM CANADA. we spoke for 28 minutes. damn expensive call. but... man, i wish i prepared questions and topics to talk about. but. i was so touched. God sent me encouragement through a beloved friend.

the next thing that happened was when i was giving my friend a wake up call from 6 - 6.30 she din pick up. i was like... "gg. she doesnt respond to wake up calls". and when i was almost gonna sink into despair, i said this to God. "oh God, please save me". and like when i was walking into the lift, just spamming the calls, MY GROUP MATE WOKE UP. WOOHOOOOOOOOS. God woke up my pig friend!

on wed, afternoon. i went for metamorph and was a games master. apparently i was too benevolent and didnt send anyone to jail. if im a games master next time, i'll BANISH PEOPLE TO JAAAAAAAAAAAIL! then by 5, my voice was half gone. and i had to lead later at night. haha, uh oh...

during practice. right before meta, i felt that that was the best praise i had. no audiences, no worries about giving signals, no flashy lights, no worries on what to say. just simply the songs and my heart crying to God.

my God He made a way
my God He saved the day forever
we will shout Your praise!
this world will fade away
but Your Word remains forever Jesus
we will shout Your praise!

i was soooooooooooooo recharged. then came metamorphosis. it was crazy. everyone was so expectant to meet God then. here in Your presence was it maaaaaan. God's presence was so tangible, i could throw my mic in the air and God would catch it. at this moment, God ministered so deeply.

here in Your presence
we are undone.

undone in everything i held so tightly to. like, my school work, i leave it all behind. my fatigue, i hand it all over to Jesus. dry, weary hearts, made anew. and God just planted this super super old hymn into my heart.

seek ye first
the kingdom of God
and His Righteousness
and all these things
shall be given unto You
Allelu, allelujah

and that was exactly the Word given by God through shirls and jac. God will meet your every need.

to end off, i think shirls said something really phenomenal. i can't remember what it was exactly, but it went something like this.

as we live out our purpose
as we live out our lives
as we live out our calling
let our lives shout of You.

thank You God for wednesday.

oh and yesterday, on my way home. i saw an amazing sunset. there were streaks of shadows formed behind a cloud. its too amazing to describe in words. but yet i'll never forget it. :)
